Washington, DC – The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is pleased to introduce “Panama-Pacific International Exposition Certificate,” the third and final print in the Panama Canal Commemorative Intaglio Print Program. The first day of sale is July 9, at 8:00 a.m. EDT. The price is $75.00.
This intaglio print focuses on the 100th anniversary of the opening celebration of the Panama Canal. The “PPIE Certificate” is a reproduction of the original certificate which the BEP produced for award winning exhibits at the Panama-Pacific International Exposition (World’s Fair) in 1915.
