Self-guided tours are available in both written and audio format in the following languages:

Tours are available in American Sign Language with advance notice.
Audio description devices for blind or visually-impaired visitors are available for use with both the self-guided tour and the two floors of exhibits and displays.
Assisted listening devices for deaf or hearing-impaired visitors are available for use in the theater.
Wheelchairs are available upon request.
Service animals are welcome, but no pets are permitted in the facility. Emotional support animals are not service animals per the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and are not permitted in the facility.
